By accessing or using GuildEra AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with 14 days notice for material changes.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Accounts may not be shared without authorization.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GuildEra AI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform without explicit written permission.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on GuildEra AI are owned by GuildEra or its licensors. You retain ownership of any content you create using the platform. We claim no ownership over your prompts, outputs, or project data.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. GuildEra AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security, or violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
GuildEra AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination by contacting our support team.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
