Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — account details, communication preferences, project files you upload, and usage analytics to improve our services. This includes email addresses, wallet addresses for authentication, and metadata about how you interact with the GuildEra ecosystem.
We do not collect biometric data, precise location history, or any information from third-party sources without your authorization.
How We Use Your Data
Your data powers your experience — nothing more. We use collected information to operate the GuildEra platform, process transactions, provide customer support, and continuously improve our AI agents' performance.
We never use your content, prompts, or generated outputs to train foundational models unless you explicitly opt in. Your guild — your context, your vectors — remains private by default.
Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 protocols. We employ zero-retention policies for sensitive operations, on-premise inference options for enterprise clients, and SOC 2 Type II compliance across our infrastructure.
Your sovereign mode data never leaves your perimeter. For cloud services, we use EU-based data centers with strict access controls and regular third-party audits.
Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal, essential cookies for session management and platform functionality. Optional analytics cookies — anonymized and aggregate only — help us understand how GuildEra is used. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time from your account settings.
We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party advertising cookies. No data is shared with data brokers or ad networks.
Third-Party Services
GuildEra integrates with services you choose to connect — Slack, Linear, Figma, Notion, GitHub, and others. Data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and limited to what is necessary for the integration to function.
We maintain a list of all active integrations in your dashboard, and you can revoke access to any integration at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Under GDPR, you also have the right to data portability, restriction of processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
All requests are processed within 30 days. Contact privacy@guildera.ai to exercise your rights or if you have concerns about how your data is handled.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of GuildEra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
